OPENING HOURS, ARRIVAL AND PARKING
Our Goldenstern Townhouse is located in the traffic-reduced area of Bolzano´s old town.
We are pleased to welcome you from Monday to Sunday, from 08:00 a.m. to 18:00 p.m.
Check-in starts at 15:00 p.m., and we kindly ask you to check-out by 11:00 a.m.
If you arrive by car, safe and easy parking is possible in the underground parking located right under Bolzano’s main square: P3 Waltherplatz. Goldenstern guests pay a special rate of only 18.00 €/day. Please note: maximum authorized vehicle height is 2.10 m; GPS-data: Bahnhofallee (P3).
ARRIVING BY CAR
From the north: A 22 Brenner motorway (please note, tolls apply) – exit Bolzano Nord, head towards the city centre/railway station
From the south: A22 Brenner motorway (please note, tolls apply) – exit Bolzano Sud, head towards the city centre/railway station
At the roundabout right in front of the Bolzano’s central railway station, please take the third exit, the Bahnhofallee, and drive towards Waltherplatz. Towards the end of the street, on its right side, please drive down into the underground parking P3 Waltherplatz. After parking your car, just cross Waltherplatz, the adjacent Kornplatz, and at last the Guido-Anton-Muss gallery. Please turn left and you will get to Goldenstern in only 5 minutes by foot.
ARRIVING BY TRAIN
OR BY AIRPLANE
By train: please get off at Bolzano´s main railway station. After leaving the station, walk through the Bahnhofsallee to Waltherplatz, after crossing the nearby Kornplatz and the Guido-Anton-Muss gallery, please turn left to Goldenstern.

ROOFTOP SAUNA
Rooftop Sauna
Downtown Flair and Rooftop Sauna. Finish off your day in style and with pleasure on the rooftop terrace of Goldenstern with its magnificent views. Enjoy a delicious sundowner in front of the golden-red mountain peaks of King Laurin´s Rosengarten, or a restoring sauna session for a perfect moment of wellness.
The use of the sauna is on request - 28€ for 3 hours.
OUR UPDATED CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
- Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to arrival will incur no additional charge.
- Cancellation of the reservation from 7 to 3 days before the arrival date entails a cancellation fee of 50% of the services booked.
- Cancellation of the reservation within 3 days to 24h of the arrival date a cancellation fee of 80% of the services booked.
- Cancellation of the reservation within 24h of the arrival date and in case of no-show incurs a cancellation fee of 100% of the services booked.
STAIRS
In our Townhouse you reach your room the old-fashioned way, climbing stair by stair.
Please note that our Townhouse does not have a lift. Rooms can only be reached by stairs.
PETS
Your pet is welcome in our Townhouse, except for the breakfast room.
We charge € 25 per day (no food included)
